Your bandplan was posted. And as EXPECTED the lack of foresight and planning by another DXpedition is apparent. WHY would operate on CW at the very bottom of those bands selected? Certainly the ops who have been on 40 or 80 mtrs so far have not listened ABOVE .25 on those bands. This EXCLUDES a great many operators who work hard to make contacts on SSB but have NO CHANCE merely because they are not EXTRA class. Please review this policy and make some allowance for CW operators who cannot transmit in the bottom .25khz of the bands. Thank You… – MR
